For regular bookings we offer two options with subscriptions:
Fixed day: guaranteed spot (*excl. public holidays and company holidays)
Flexible day: according to availability, no guaranteed spot (*bookings accepted at least 24 hours in advance via the booking tool)
Vacation boarding
During vacation boarding, dogs are cared for overnight in a family setting at an employee’s home. During the week, dogs spend the day at the daycare following the regular daily routine. The holiday care surcharge can be combined with a subscription, but must be paid separately in advance.

Vacation boarding prerequisites
To ensure that your dog feels comfortable during your vacation, he or she should:
- Have had a successful trial day
— - Spend at least 2-4 full days in the daycare
— - If necessary, spend a trial night

Payment
For the payment of our services (at pick-up) you can choose your payment method:
Cash, Twint, Debit or Credit Card.
Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked time/day.
Cancellations less than 24 hours will be fully charged.
Late pick up
Pick ups later than the opening hours will be charged with a late fee of CHF 15.00 per started half hour.
Vacation boarding
Monday to Sunday / per 24 hours / CHF 20.00 surcharge on full day rate
(every started day will be charged as a full day)
Subscriptions
Subscriptions must be used within the period of validity.
Any remaining unused balance after the period of validity expires cannot be refunded.
